  14. Anyone ever run across graphics manipulation libraries or code (i.e. 
  15. display a graphics file) (ideally for Borland Turbo C or Borland C 2.0) 
  16. in public domain?  I'd like to be able to display images (ideally PCX, 
  17. but GIF, BMP, or JPG would also work) but can't seem to find source code 
  18. to do so!
